The team with the most speed is almost always going to be more successful. The fact that you’re on my site right now tells me that you know this is true and that your athlete needs to improve his/her speed.

 

Training with John is organized around a session that is 60 minutes long. The focus for each session is specialized to the  strengths, challenges, and passions of each individual and can include the following:

  • First Step Explosion
  • Energy Systems Efficiency
  • Agility & Balance
  • Improved Reaction Time
  • Conditioning
  • Plyometric Training
  • Foot Quickness
